What is the Grinberg Method®?
The Grinberg Method® is a self-discovery approach that begins with the body.
By tuning into physical sensations, you can become more aware of emotional patterns and behaviors that may be holding you back. This awareness empowers you to shift what no longer serves you—leading to greater freedom, presence, and vitality.
Through techniques like touch, guided breathing, and movement, you learn to reconnect with your body, release tension, and respond to stress or challenges in new ways.
Instead of analyzing situations, you’re invited to experience them through your body. This focus on presence helps you feel calmer, more grounded, and more in tune with yourself.
The Grinberg Method® is for you if you are:

My journey to this work
My journey into body-based healing wasn’t linear—it evolved through years of searching, unlearning, and coming home to myself.
Like many, I carried unresolved trauma and emotional tension in my body. I looked for relief in many places: from Ashrams in India to temples in Japan, through psychic readings, shamanic ceremonies, and more than a decade of talk therapy. While therapy gave me valuable insights into my behaviors and patterns, eventually I felt stuck—looping through the same cycles and blaming myself for not being able to “move past” my limiting beliefs.
Everything shifted after the birth of my son. His arrival brought deep love and also intensified my physical symptoms and anxiety. I was constantly sick, overwhelmed, and searching for answers. That’s when I met a Grinberg® practitioner who helped me reconnect with my body in a grounded, real way.
For the first time in years, I began to feel my body again. That reconnection sparked a new level of clarity, self-responsibility, and commitment to my well-being.
Not long after, I attended a Grinberg® retreat in Italy. It was a turning point. Something clicked on a deeper level—it felt like a direct invitation to open my heart and to share this somatic work with others.

Why En-bodi-Mente?
En-bodi-mente is a creative play on words, “embodiment,” brings the idea of experiencing life from your body.
The name reflects connection. Where physical, mental, and emotional well-being all come together.
“En” is about being within, “bodi” stands for the body, and “mente” (Spanish for mind) ties it all up. It’s an invitation to really connect with yourself and embrace your whole being.
Where do the sessions take place?
All sessions take place in a quiet room within an osteopathy practice located at Hallandstraße 14, 13189 Berlin (Pankow).
The space is easily accessible by public transport. Just a short walk from the U+ Tram Vinetastrasse station. Parking is also available in the surrounding streets.

How do I prepare for a session?
To get the most out of your session, please follow these guidelines:
–Avoid eating heavy meals at least an hour before your appointment.
–Refrain from wearing perfume or strong scents to keep the space comfortable.
–If possible, skip a pedicure beforehand, as the natural wear on your feet helps identify imbalances in your body.
The sessions usually take place in underwear and mostly lying down.
However, wear whatever makes you feel comfortable—whether that’s underwear, a sports top & leggings, or similar. The most important thing is that you feel at ease.
In what language do the sessions take place?
The sessions can take place in Spanish, English or German.
