My journey to this work
The road to discovering this method was long and winding—a calling I ignored for many years. Like many, I carried my own history of trauma and unresolved experiences within my body. I sought solutions everywhere: from Ashrams in India to temples in Japan, from psychic readings to shamanic ceremonies.
Therapy also played a significant role in my life for over a decade, offering valuable insights into my behaviors and patterns. But eventually, I found myself stuck—repeating the same cycles or burdened with shame for not being able to “overcome” my limiting beliefs.
Yet, despite all these efforts, I realized I was avoiding one fundamental thing: truly being present in my body.
My life changed with the arrival of my son. His presence shifted my entire perspective, but it also intensified my symptoms. Being constantly sick and anxious, I sought for help. Then, by what felt like fate, I met someone who transformed my life. For the first time in years, I began to feel my body again. This awakening sparked a profound sense of accountability for my own well-being and a newfound determination to act on it.
Yet, the turning point came first during a transformative 4-day Grinberg® retreat in Italy. It was an experience I couldn’t ignore— it felt like a direct call to my soul: an invitation to open my heart, to receive, and most importantly, to share this work with others.

In this brief call (10–20 minutes), we’ll get to know each other and discuss your goals for our time together. This introductory call happens once and can be scheduled here
Afterward, you’ll be able to book your first assessment session appointment.
Assessment Session (1-1.5 hours)
During our first in-person meeting, we’ll start by discussing your case history and taking a closer look at your feet. Together, we’ll define the goals for this session based on your current needs and preferences. After the initial foot analysis, you’ll receive your first personalized session.

Why En-bodi-Mente?
En-bodi-mente is a creative play on words, combining ’embodiment’ with the essence of being present in both body and mind. The name reflects my belief in holistic connection—where physical, mental, and emotional well-being come together. ‘En’ suggests being within, ‘bodi’ represents the body, and ‘mente’ (Spanish for mind) ties it all together. It’s an invitation to fully inhabit yourself, embracing wholeness and presence.
What is this method about?
The Grinberg Method® is a self-development approach based on body awareness. It teaches you to pay attention to your body to recognize and change emotional patterns and behaviors that may hold you back. Developed by Avi Grinberg, it uses techniques like touch, guided breathing, and movement to help you connect with physical sensations, release tension, and respond to stress in new ways.
Focusing on being present and experiencing through your body rather than analyzing situations allows you to feel calmer and more in tune with yourself.
How do I prepare for a session?
To get the most out of your session, please follow these guidelines:
–Avoid eating heavy meals at least an hour before your appointment.
–Refrain from wearing perfume or strong scents to keep the space comfortable.
–If possible, skip a pedicure beforehand, as the natural wear on your feet helps identify imbalances in your body.
–The sessions usually take place in underwear and initially mostly lying down. Wear comfortable clothing and underwear that you feel good in during a full-body massage.
Practical information and prices
As I’m currently a student of the method, my pricing model is designed to be flexible and accessible.
The first introductory session is completely free, giving you the opportunity to experience my approach and see if it’s the right fit for both of us.
For subsequent sessions, I offer a sliding scale from €20 to €50, allowing you to choose an amount that aligns with your financial situation and the value you feel the session has provided.
While a lot can happen in a single session, transformation and growth usually take time. New experiences need time to be integrated into the body and mind, which is why I offer tailored packages to support your journey over an extended period. These packages are designed to provide you with consistent guidance, tools, and support to help you achieve lasting change.
The sessions can take place in Spanish, English or German.
